When the dental pulp becomes infected either by decay or some sort of injury endodontic therapy will be required. An opening is made through the crown of the tooth into the nerve chamber. |
A special file is used to clean and enlarge the root canal and prepare it to receive a filling. |
After the area is reshaped the space is filled to seal the tooth and prevent reinfection.. |
